In celebration of Concepts and BIRKENSTOCK’s 10-year collaborative journey, we introduce a collection that draws inspiration from Miami and the Art Deco movement. Concepts and BIRKENSTOCK reimagine the movement by using jubilant materials and color on the iconic BIRKENSTOCK Arizona. Marking the 50th anniversary of the German heritage brand’s beloved two-strap sandal, the limited-edition style features eye-catching, long-haired cowhide in four vibrant colors: hype pink, mauve, lime green, and faded orange.

First introduced at the 1925 World's Fair in Paris, Art Deco was a prominent style in architecture, fashion, music, and art in 1920s Europe and America. It captured the spirit of the time - fast cars, modern homes, jazz music, and dance clubs. Miami Beach's Art Deco Historic District is one of America's notable examples of this style at work. The district is characterized by curved architecture, bright colors, and lively nightlife.

The collection debut will be celebrated during Miami Art Week on December 7th at the newly opened BIRKENSTOCK Miami Store in the Design District.
